Create Special Memories for the Little Ones: Have a Halloween Birthday Party!
Looking for a unique and exciting venue for your next party? Look no further! At our pumpkin patch, we offer the perfect setting for a memorable celebration. Here’s how it works:
Party Tent Rental: We provide an amazing party tent area where you can host your gathering. The tent is shaded and nicely decorated with fall decorations, The tent can comfortably accommodate approximately 25 seated guests or up to 30 with some standing. Most of the time, your guests will be roaming around enjoying the activities!
What’s Included in your Party Rental:
Your party tent rental includes admission for up to 30 paying adults, and kids get in for free! (you are welcome to have additional adults, their admission price would just be additional).
Additionally, every child at your party gets unlimited access to our Playland all day long! They can run, climb, play, and enjoy the fun as much as they want—a $10 value per child, included with your party rental!
Token System: For all other activities, you will need to buy tokens. On the day of your event, you can purchase as many tokens as you’d like and hand them out to your guests however you choose. If you need more, you can always purchase additional tokens throughout the day.
Deposit: The deposit to reserve the party tent is $175. Please note that your deposit is only refundable up to three weeks before your party or in the event of inclement weather.
Rates: We offer competitive pricing to make your party planning stress-free.
Weekdays: For $250, you’ll have a 2.5-hour party time slot, plus an additional 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for cleanup.
Weekday Time Slots:
- Party Time: 3:00–5:00 p.m.
Setup: 2:30–3:00 p.m.
Cleanup: 5:00–5:30 p.m. - Party Time: 6:00–8:30 p.m.
Setup: 5:30–6:00 p.m.
Cleanup: 8:30–9:00 p.m.
Weekends: For $350, you’ll have a 2.5-hour party time slot, plus an additional 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for cleanup.
Weekend Time Slots:
- Party Time: 10:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
Setup: 9:30–10:00 a.m.
Cleanup: 12:30–1:00 p.m. - Party Time: 1:30–4:00 p.m.
Setup: 1:00–1:30 p.m.
Cleanup: 4:00–4:30 p.m. - Party Time: 5:00–7:30 p.m.
Setup: 4:30–5:00 p.m.
Cleanup: 7:30–8:00 p.m.
Booking Your Slot: Our party slots are in high demand, so make sure to reserve yours soon! Availability may vary, but we’re here to help. Let us know which day you’re considering, and we’ll provide you with the available time slots for that day.
